Terms and Conditions – Ordering Policy

By placing an order on this website, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms apply to all purchases of parts and related products.
2. Product Information
We strive to ensure all product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions without prior notice.
3. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including cases of incorrect pricing or stock unavailability.
4. Payment
Full payment is required before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing. Orders will only be processed once payment has been received and cleared.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on stock availability and courier delays. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control once goods have been dispatched.
6. Returns & Electrical Parts Policy
• No electrical parts are returnable once supplied.
• Any parts returned for exchange or credit will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Returned items must be in original condition and packaging.
7. Warranty, Testing & Credits
• All returned parts will be sent to Samsung South Africa for testing and verification.
• Credit will only be processed once Samsung SA confirms that the part is unused and/or genuinely faulty.
• No immediate credit will be issued upon return.
• Testing and confirmation by Samsung SA may take up to 4 weeks.
8. Faulty Goods
If a product is found to be faulty, it will be assessed and verified through the supplier or manufacturer before any credit, replacement or refund is processed.
9. Liability
We shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use or inability to use any parts supplied.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By completing a purchase on this website, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
